Exhibit Booth Registration

- $2,250 - 8’ x 10’ Exhibit Booth Space - 2 conference registrations, allowing your team unfettered access to attendees during education and networking activities

A member of the event planning team will be in touch to help you reserve your space. Please note: Booth space is assigned on a first-come first-served basis. A signed contract and payment are required for assignment.

Pricing

Includes 2 exhibitor registration badges per outside exhibiting company:

- $15 per square foot for vendors displaying equipment outside only
- $10 per square foot for vendors who are also exhibiting inside the exhibit hall
- Available on a first to sign up basis, limited spaces available
- Outside exhibits are restricted to large equipment and products that are not suitable for or cannot be displayed inside the exhibit hall within an 8’x10’ booth space.
- Minimum requirement to purchase outdoor exhibit space is set at 144 sq. ft.
